“These guys did a great job at a reasonable price. They worked hard and took their time. The owner came across as very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The floors came up looking wonderful and we would definitely use them again. The one caveat was that because they were so meticulous with the sanding when it came to staining/finishing of the wood they seemed a little rushed and got some stain and finish on the walls and flooring on adjoining rooms. The quality of their work aside from this was great though and would recommend, I would just advise you make sure they are covering the edges of the work-space with tape to prevent the same thing happening to you. I hired Elegant Hardwood Floors to refinish floors in one office suite in an Issaquah commercial office building.

I was apprehensive based upon reading the Yelp reviews. Now, upon completion of the work, I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Elegant Hardwood Floors. None of the problems and issues listed on previous Yelp reviews were evident on my project. Perhaps this is one of those examples where only people dissatisfied vent their complaints on Yelp while the many satisfied customers don't post reviews.

Bob and his team did all that the proposal specified. The team refinished the brazilian wood flooring and it looks tremendous. The team did a great job prepping the corners (usually a weak spot with flooring contractors). The team was fast, efficient and finished in several days. Exactly what they said they would do.

Finally, the price Bob quoted was fair. It was the best value one can ask for.
